In the fourth quarter of 2020, the shooter game category on Android saw varying performances among its leading titles in Australia. This analysis, based on data from Sensor Tower, provides a snapshot of how these games fared in terms of downloads, revenue, and weekly active users.

Call of Duty: Mobile Season 2 witnessed a spike in revenue during the quarter, especially in the weeks of October 12 and November 9, reaching highs of around $50K. Downloads peaked in mid-October at over 8K, while weekly active users saw an upward trend, hitting nearly 90K in the week of October 12.

Conversely, Sniper 3D:Gun Shooting Games experienced a more stable revenue flow, with figures hovering between $5K and $8K throughout the quarter. Downloads showed a gradual decline, starting at over 3K and dipping to around 2K by the end of December. However, the game saw a significant increase in weekly active users during the last week of December, reaching over 22K.

Johnny Trigger - Sniper Game had modest revenue numbers, with notable peaks of $370 in the week of November 9 and $210 in the week of October 26. Downloads were relatively steady, maintaining around 2K per week, while weekly active users fluctuated slightly but remained around the 40K to 45K mark throughout the quarter.
